Fiyrr Terms of Service

1. General Scope & Access Rules

Fiyrr provides cloud-based digital project controls architectures, structural database managers, and analytical computation networks designed for complex planning tracking and Oracle Primavera P6 schedule analysis. Your right to use our platform is subject to your compliance with these operational rules:

• Authorized Use: You may use our calculation services only for legitimate planning, cost tracking, dashboard monitoring, and diagnostics purposes.
• Prohibited Actions: You agree not to exploit our analysis endpoints, inject broken data schemas maliciously, launch automated scrapers against the tracking arrays, or attempt to reverse-engineer any calculation scripts hosted on our domains.

2. Data Ingestion, Inputs & Processing Accuracy

Fiyrr uses advanced algorithm structures to calculate elapsed periods, track critical paths, estimate slippages, and format live presentation components. However, our output performance is linked directly to your database files:

• User Input Control: You maintain sole responsibility for the validity, structure, logic sequencing, and precision of any file profiles, baselines, updates, or parameters you submit to our processing terminals.
• Report Verification: All diagnostic metrics, data tables, and variance analytics are intended strictly for decision-support assistance. Fiyrr is not liable for structural errors, planning delays, or tracking issues that stem from invalid inputs or mismatched project updates.

3. Profile Protection & Credentials Integrity

To securely execute schedule analyses or read project status dashboards, you must maintain safe access profiles:

• You must secure the login usernames, passwords, API tokens, and authentication parameters linked directly with your workspace.
• Any data query, data manipulation, file generation, or database write script executed under your account profiles is your explicit responsibility. If you trace any credential breaches, notify our server administrators immediately.

4. Service Lifecycle & System Availability

We work to maintain high system availability for our processing instances and live dashboard components. However, because our tools run via database cloud infrastructures, we do not guarantee continuous, completely uninterrupted processing periods. We may temporarily spin down platform tools to execute updates, system patches, database optimizations, or critical network repairs.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable commercial regulations, Fiyrr and its service agents shall not be liable for any indirect, unintended, accidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, direct project execution delays, tracking losses, procurement blockages, material timeline gaps, financial shortfalls, or project suspension instances arising from your interface with our reports.

6. Amendments and Notification

We update our system Terms of Service to match new automation features, security updates, and architecture adjustments. Your continued execution of file streams or reading of dashboard analytics after updates are published constitutes your complete acceptance of the revised conditions.
